We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Contract Personnel Limited. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing bespoke travel experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through genuine relationship management and a desire to exceed customer needs.
  • Prepare travel documentation and complete holiday arrangements, including flight booking, transfers, hotels, and activities.
  • Deal with queries via phone, email, and social media, capturing and recording required client information.
  • Build rapport with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business, maintaining an excellent standard of customer service.
  • Monitor, collect, and process payments, ensuring the company's values are always demonstrated.
  • Liaise with other departments on any travel queries, communicating with and building relationships with suppliers.
Requirements
  • Experience of working within the travel industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong proven admin experience.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • An organised and disciplined attitude towards managing workload.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and committed approach.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, and CRM travel systems.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Highly organised.
  • Resilience to deal with complex queries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues.
  • A passion for travel.
  • Confident with a positive attitude.

Essentials
  • Only candidates who have two years' experience in the travel industry or can demonstrate an exceptionally high level of administration talent and experience will be considered for the role.
  • In-person office-based role.
  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent.
  • Pay: From £24,000.00 per year.
  • Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, No weekends.
