Travel Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Contract Personnel Limited. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing bespoke travel experiences to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service through genuine relationship management and a desire to exceed customer needs.
- Prepare travel documentation and complete holiday arrangements, including flight booking, transfers, hotels, and activities.
- Deal with queries via phone, email, and social media, capturing and recording required client information.
- Build rapport with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business, maintaining an excellent standard of customer service.
- Monitor, collect, and process payments, ensuring the company's values are always demonstrated.
- Liaise with other departments on any travel queries, communicating with and building relationships with suppliers.
- Experience of working within the travel industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong proven admin experience.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- An organised and disciplined attitude towards managing workload.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and committed approach.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, and CRM travel systems.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task.
- Highly organised.
- Resilience to deal with complex queries in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues.
- A passion for travel.
- Confident with a positive attitude.

- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent.
- Pay: From £24,000.00 per year.
- Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, No weekends.
