Master Mixologist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Bartender to contribute to our team's success. This role involves crafting innovative cocktails, delivering exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mixology Excellence: Develop unique and delicious cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients to elevate our beverage program.
2. Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure they have a great time at the bar, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
3. Beverage Program Development: Collaborate with the team to create new and exciting cocktails, promotions, and menu items that enhance the guest experience.
4. Bar Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar while adhering to all safety and licensing regulations.
5. Upselling Opportunities: Suggest premium drinks and pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales, driving revenue growth.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with all colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive team dynamic.

Requirements:

• Education: Leaving Cert level education or above
• Qualifications: NVQ qualification or equivalent
• Skills: Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage, and customer service, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on, proactive approach to work.
• Autonomy and Time Management: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
