About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team as a Caregiving Team Lead. As a key member of our caregiving team, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care reviews. Your primary goal will be to deliver quality, person-centered care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Main Responsibilities
As a Caregiving Team Lead, you will:
• Supervise and mentor a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor residents' progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Foster a culture of dignity, respect, and compassion, promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all residents and staff.

Requirements
To succeed as a Caregiving Team Lead, you will need:
• An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including ongoing training opportunities, access to exclusive discounts, and a supportive work environment.
