Job Title: Learning Disability Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic care and support to adults with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Monitor and record patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience of working in a social care setting
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
