Postdoctoral Research Scientist in Biomechanics

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Research Assistant in Biomechanics to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating numerical models of biomechanical structures and validating them through experimental work.
About You
Candidates should have a PhD in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering or biomechanics. They should be able to demonstrate the ability to write scientific journals and have knowledge of using the ABAQUS simulation software package within the area of biomedical engineering.
About the School
This post is within the School of Engineering and Materials Science, a large School with 70-80 academics and a similar number of postdoctoral research staff. The staff and student body are international in make-up.
