Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer with React/Next.js Expertise

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in React and Next.js to join our team at Infoplus Technologies UK Limited. As a key member of our frontend development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality user interfaces for our web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications that align with our brand and user experience standards.
  • Translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging front-end technologies, advocating for best practices within the team.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Front End Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your web development projects.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Next, React, Angular, Vue.js or tailwind) deployed on Vercel.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack).
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first web design principles.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and the ability to implement accessible UI/UX.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with RESTful API integration.
  • Familiarity with CSS pre-processors (e.g., SASS or LESS).
  • Knowledge of progressive web app (PWA) development.
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Certification in front-end development or related fields is a plus.
