Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Vehicular Maintenance Expert to join the team of a reputable Main Dealer. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and preparing vehicles to meet the client's standards before collection.

The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, and complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities include analysing work orders to understand a vehicle's condition, accuracy of diagnosis, and agreed work, communicating changes in price or additional work to clients. Additionally, they will perform Warranty Work in accordance with the client's standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a full and valid UK driving licence, commit to providing exceptional customer service, and display a systematic and organised approach. Ideally, they will hold qualifications within a workshop/garage from college or apprenticeships.

With a salary of around £32,000 - £45,000 per annum, this role offers a competitive compensation package for the right candidate.
