Stock Auditor

As a Stock Auditor with Hales Group, you will be responsible for conducting external stock checks and identifying any discrepancies. You will be based in an office in Letchworth Garden City, where your working hours will be 08:30am – 17:00pm. A company car will be provided, and any potential overnight stays will be covered.

This is a brand new position, working within the healthcare industry for an exciting, innovative company. You will need to hold strong computer proficiency as utilising VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables in Excel will be a part of your daily routine. An eagerness to join a fast-paced team where you will take ownership of conducting audits and maintaining accurate reports is also essential.

• Execute external and internal cycle counts
• Contribute to customer orders processing
• Maintain accurate stock records and rotations
• Manage contingent inventory obsolescence
• Execute Returns of Excess and expired stock
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation
• Working in line with ISO requirements
• Travel within Great Britain (external stock checks on site)
• Consignment agreement management

• Strong time management and organisational capabilities
• Possess a logical and analytical approach
• Good attention to detail
• Used to working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent computer proficiency in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Experience using JD Edwards Software desired
• Good interpersonal skills
