About the Role

Are you passionate about guiding and empowering others to reach their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Mentor to provide face-to-face support in Leeds to a year 10 pupil who has keen interests in Xbox and outdoor activities including: Football, biking etc.

We offer flexible hours to suit your lifestyle and a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orientate individuals towards personal or professional development through targeted guidance and support.
  • Develop trust-based relationships to foster confidence and growth in our clients.
  • Help the pupil set and achieve goals through encouragement and practical advice.
  • Offer insights and strategies to overcome challenges and navigate transitions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to a professional, non-judgmental approach at all times.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact in people's lives.
  • The ability to adapt to flexible hours and diverse client needs.
  • A friendly, approachable personality and a problem-solving mindset.
