Job Title: Learning Disabilities Social Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Learning Disability Team. The successful candidate will work with adults with learning disabilities, undertaking telephone and face-to-face reviews, and taking follow-up actions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake telephone and face-to-face reviews with adults with learning disabilities
  • Take follow-up actions as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a comprehensive service

Requirements:

  • Social Work Qualification - Degree
  • Experience as a Social Worker working with adult disabilities teams
  • Social Work England Registration
  • Drivers license and access to own vehicle
