We are seeking an experienced Ecological Land Management Specialist to join our team, based at Stafford Road in Sheffield.

The salary for this role is £29,640 per annum pro rata, with a generous 9% pension contribution entitlement.

This is a permanent position, subject to business performance, with the opportunity to work 30 hours per week, equivalent to 0.8 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE).

In this key role, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, volunteers, and trainees to implement land management and maintenance work on our nature reserves and other sites across the operational area.

As an Ecological Land Management Specialist, your primary objective will be to deliver a programme of practical tasks on our nature reserves and other sites, ensuring that our conservation efforts are effective and meet the highest standards.

You will work closely with the Nature Recovery Manager to ensure that all projects align with our organisational goals and priorities.

We offer a dynamic and supportive working environment, where you can develop your skills and expertise, and make a meaningful contribution to our mission.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of ecological principles and practices.
