CAMHS Crisis Team Mental Health Professional

Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join their CAMHS Crisis team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will work alongside experienced professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to assess and manage patients in crisis.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to support patients in achieving their goals.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  • Proven experience in a CPN recovery role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
