Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist to join our team at Marshall Land Systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the areas of logistics support, reliability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logistics support plans in accordance with Def Stan 00-600 and customer specifications.
  • Conduct reliability and maintainability analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of complex systems.
  • Provide technical support to the Proposals Department in writing ILS plans for tender proposals.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent with knowledge of MLS military shelter systems, MAX MRP System, Defence Standards and Environments.
  • Awareness of military support skills and capabilities.
  • Knowledge and use of ILS, Reliability and Maintainability software (including Windchill-RELEX).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
