Job OverviewAs a Tradesperson, you will be responsible for completing various tasks, including Carpentry, Plumbing, Patch plastering, Tiling, and Painting & Decorating.
Responsibilities- Carpentry: You will complete carpentry tasks as part of your daily duties.
- Plumbing: You will also undertake plumbing tasks, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
- Patch Plastering: Your role will involve patch plastering, making sure that walls and ceilings are smooth and even.
- Tiling: You will install and repair tiles, ensuring that all areas look clean and tidy.
- Painting & Decorating: As part of your responsibilities, you will paint and decorate rooms, using a variety of techniques and materials.
- Qualification: You must have a qualification in either Carpentry or Plumbing.
- Experience: Relevant experience within social housing is essential for this role.
- Driving License: A full UK driving license is required, as you will need to use a company van for work purposes.
- Hourly Rate: £23 per hour.
- Company Van: You will receive a company van for use during working hours.
