The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 30 staff members, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high-quality services are delivered. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and quality.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring administrative processes are adhered to.
  • Building relationships with individuals supported, their families, and local community networks.
  • Coordinating rotas to optimize resource utilization and meet service needs.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Care sector experience and knowledge of outreach/support at home.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
