We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Art Manager to join our team at Arla Foods Deutschland GmbH.
About the Position
This role involves taking lead on driving client presentations and building argumentations for each creative idea, while collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality campaigns across all touchpoints.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with brand and category goals
- Work closely with the creative studio manager to develop innovative brand and product ideas
- Ensure creative consistency across brands and touchpoints
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a creative shopper agency or department, with leadership skills in creative development
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and problem-solve
Benefits Package
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €62,000 per year, plus a range of benefits including flexible hybrid working, bonus scheme, 26 days holiday, and employer pension matched up to 6%.
