About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Wootzano. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
  • Build and maintain a network of relationships with customers, agents, and project managers
  • Maintain a high level of sector knowledge and understanding of all future opportunities
  • Develop strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to build and execute sales plans
  • Establish Wootzano's targets, goals, and benchmarks, and consistently track and report progress
  • Cultivate positive relationships across the organization and with external partners
  • Lead initiatives to increase awareness and implement training programs across top channel partners
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and sales plays that deliver tangible value for Wootzano
  • Oversee revenue growth goals and provide accurate forecasts
  • Effectively communicate Wootzano's value proposition to business leaders and technical sales teams
  • Attend networking events and other promotional opportunities while maintaining a professional and credible profile on behalf of the client
  • Maintain accurate records of specific project activity and provide timely and consistent data using the company's CRM systems
