Job Title: Care Home Manager

Oyster Care Homes is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead our team at Collington Park Lodge Care Home in Bexhill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the care delivered to residents, ensuring compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the budget and financial performance of the care home, preparing regular reports for the directors.
  • Support residents with their personal financial arrangements, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote the care home and attract new residents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in care management, with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and legislation.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience of budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional care and service to residents, with a passion for continuous improvement.
