Summer Internship in Baseball Broadcasting

This position involves assisting with broadcast production, creating engaging content for social media, and developing marketing strategies to promote the HiToms organization. You will work closely with the broadcasting director to produce high-quality broadcasts and manage social media accounts.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in video/photo/audio editing software. A passion for baseball and a dedication to promoting its growth through the HiToms organization and surrounding community are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Primary Broadcast Engineer and Producer: Assist with setting up equipment, operating cameras, and producing live broadcasts.
- Social Media Management: Create and schedule content for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and engage with followers.
- Video Highlight Reels: Edit and post video highlights from games and events on social media accounts.
- Weekly Videos: Assist the broadcasting director with brainstorming and filming ideas for weekly videos.
- Road Games: Travel with the team to live-tweet and post updates on social media accounts.
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive compensation package of $20 per home game, approximately 28 home games. We also offer opportunities for professional development and networking within the sports industry.
