**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Smoking Cessation Specialist to join our team in the Community Health Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the delivery of smoking cessation programmes across various service settings, including community, primary care, and inpatient settings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality health outcomes and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet challenging performance targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support and facilitate the delivery of smoking cessation programmes across various service settings.
- Work with adults, young people, and children in a one-to-one and group environment to support positive lifestyle change.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective smoking cessation strategies.
- Contribute to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of smoking cessation services.
- Maintain accurate records and monitoring systems to ensure compliance with national guidelines and regulations.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, health promotion, nursing).
- Minimum 1 year experience working in smoking cessation programmes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet challenging performance targets.
- Knowledge of maintaining records and monitoring systems.
- Ability to use generic software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office).
**Salary:** £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
