Job Title: Community Paediatric Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Children's Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care as part of our exciting growth plans.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality clinical care to children in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Community Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of approximately 4 to 5 children per day, providing excellent standards of clinical care, including clinical assessment, administering sub-cutaneous injections, and cannulation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical care to children in their own homes, working closely with local NHS services
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 4 to 5 children per day, providing high-quality care and support
  • Administer sub-cutaneous injections and cannulation, as required
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans to meet the individual needs of each child
Requirements:
  • Registered Paediatric Nurse (RSCN) with active NMC PIN
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Clinical skills required include clinical assessment, administering sub-cutaneous injections, and cannulation
