Lkl Services Ltd is a leading dairy farm operator in the South West region, seeking an experienced and reliable Assistant Herdsperson to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the herd manager in milking 400 cows yielding 12,500 liters on a 3 x milking farm located six miles west of Bath.

Job Description

As an Assistant Herdsperson, you will be expected to:

  • Milk cows to a high standard and support the herd manager
  • Work as part of a team that includes some night milkings
  • Maintain accurate records of milking and other farm activities

A mobile home accommodation is available on the farm.
