Volunteer Opportunity: We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as volunteers. This role is based in a residential care setting, where you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Role Overview: As a Community Engagement Volunteer, you will be responsible for facilitating enjoyable and interactive activity sessions. We welcome volunteers with diverse skills or a passion for arts and crafts. Activities may include:

  • Board games
  • Baking
  • Knitting
  • Music lessons
  • Gardening

Our residents are eager to participate and engage in these activities, creating a vibrant community atmosphere.

Additional Volunteer Opportunities: Beyond activity sessions, we are also looking for assistance in enhancing our outdoor spaces. You will collaborate with staff to develop a sensory garden, providing a serene environment for residents to enjoy during warmer months.

Support and Training: As a volunteer with Creative Support, you will receive comprehensive training for your role, access to a dedicated volunteer supervisor, and an induction program. Additionally, you will benefit from a monthly volunteer newsletter and an online support network.

Time Commitment: We suggest a commitment of approximately 4 hours per week to ensure a meaningful experience for both you and our residents.
