The Role

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team at The General Teaching Council for Scotland. As a Business Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Relevant qualifications at Higher level (SCQF level 6) or equivalent vocational or work-based training.
  • Relevant secretarial or business administration qualification.
