We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our sites in the TR, PL, TQ, and EX postcode areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a variety of cleaning tasks, including mopping, toilet cleaning, washing walls, vacuuming, emptying bins, and dusting and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Operate a range of cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning solutions.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and managers to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations and procedures at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
