Architectural Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Architect or Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Newcastle. Our RIBA Charted practice works on a diverse range of building types, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have post-part three experience in the residential sector, with a strong portfolio of creative designs. They will be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape, and have experience working across the RIBA stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project briefs and liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities
  • Present design proposals and lead projects from concept to completion
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality designs
  • Stay up-to-date with planning and building regulations
  • Contribute to company growth and development
Requirements
  • ARB registered or RIBA qualified
  • Post-part three experience in the residential sector
  • Strong design skills and proficiency in industry-standard software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
