About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at Adore Recruitment Ltd. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out and report analysis on fuel, components, pilots, and water samples, following both in-house and industry-standardized test methods.
  • Blend a wide range of laboratory fuel blends and prepare additive solutions independently and consistently.
  • Calibrate and standardize laboratory equipment aligned with the laboratory quality management system.
  • Work closely with the rest of the laboratory team to ensure the highest level of quality is delivered.
Requirements
  • Ability to think laterally, flexibly, and effectively under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong technical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills.

Our client is a world-class customs bonded facility specializing in bespoke fuels blending and storage services. They provide a responsive, quality service focused on their customers' needs, providing specialized fuel blends backed by technical support and in-depth experience.

Their products are supplied to leading customers in the automotive, oil, aerospace, and related industries. Their blending facility is purpose-built to produce a very diverse range of fuels, to much tighter specifications and with substantially lower tolerances than typical commodity fuels, all at the highest level of space operation and lowest environmental impact.

What We Offer
  • A basic salary of £27,500 per annum.
