An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Sales Professional to join Redline Group Ltd in the UK and Ireland.

This role will be based in the UK and Ireland, focusing on Power and Magnetics products for a well-established company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers and growing the existing customer base within the territory to increase product sales in line with budgeted sales targets.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Developing and implementing a profitable sales strategy for growth across the UK and Ireland.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules to win business and build customer satisfaction.
  • Building and developing strong customer relationships by understanding needs and requirements.
  • Educating clients and colleagues about the products, best use, practice, and application.
  • Providing ongoing support, addressing any issues or concerns proactively.

Requirements for this role include:

  • An in-depth understanding of magnetic materials, including cores, filters, chokes, inductors, and transformers.
  • Knowledge of the UK power supply industry and customer base.
  • An engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven strategic business development.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
