Chief Operations Officer

CTI is seeking a seasoned Chief Operations Officer to lead the scaling of our neo bank's operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and enhancing strategies and operations for collections, as well as utilizing advanced fraud detection technologies and methodologies to combat application and transaction fraud.
The successful candidate will oversee all operations related to omnichannel inbound customer support, establishing processes and KPIs, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to financial crime. They will also manage complaints, provide transparent reporting to the CEO and board, and adopt a hands-on approach to building operations from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will possess an engineering mindset, demonstrating the capability to approach challenges from foundational principles, and hold extensive knowledge and comprehension of operational risk and the associated regulatory frameworks. They will be proactive and hands-on, willing to engage deeply with the intricacies of operations, and focused on customer experience, with the ability to analyze how processes and systems impact customer outcomes.
The Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for optimizing workflows to drive productivity and enhance service delivery, implementing best practices in operational management to mitigate risks and ensure compliance, and leveraging data-driven insights to refine processes and enhance overall performance.
