Job Overview

Situated at the foot of the Surrey Hills, we offer locally sourced, seasonal food in a welcoming atmosphere.

The Role

You will be fully accountable for all restaurant operations. Leading a small team to deliver exceptional guest experiences is key. Reporting to the owners, this is an operational role with exposure to financial aspects from the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a small team to deliver unique experiences
  • Developing and coaching the team to ensure excellent service and upselling opportunities
  • Delivering on rota's according to budgets and supporting the business commercially
Requirements
  • A strong pedigree within restaurants, preferably both branded and independent environments
  • Excellent guest experience skills
  • Able to thrive in a front of house position and lead from the front
