We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Manager to join our team. As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, cultivating long-lasting relationships, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and go-to contact.
  • Lead a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with directors and other departments to drive business growth and deliver services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities, identifying and pursuing new clients and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve service delivery, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coach and develop team members, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Manager who possesses:

ACA or ACCA qualification.Practice experience as a practice manager or assistant manager.Experience working with a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses.Strong technical skills, with a knowledge of CCH desirable.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to energize and motivate a team.A collaborative and progressive approach to work, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
