We are seeking a skilled Compliance Director to support the Vice President, Compliance & Ethics in identifying and implementing operational efficiencies across European Markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical compliance, effective communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects under deadline pressure.
An estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Support data and information gathering to inform in-market and cross-market advisory activities.
- Manage development, enhancement, and promotion of BMS' Integrity Culture programs and other compliance culture programs in European Markets.
