Fleet Compliance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Compliance Administrator to join our Transport Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and planning the day-to-day vehicle compliance requirements for adherence to statutory/legal undertakings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and plan vehicle compliance requirements to ensure adherence to statutory/legal undertakings
  • Deal with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to build strong working relationships
  • Provide support to drivers and handle matters related to fleet discipline
  • Schedule regular vehicle inspections and make arrangements for servicing and ad-hoc maintenance
  • Update the inspection planner and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role with knowledge of transport O Licence compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and integrity to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Customer-focused and willing to learn
