At People's Coffee, we are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Plymouth.
This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $35,000 - $45,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers.
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the kitchen, coffee station, and seating area.
- Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing exceptional service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
- Previous barista experience is required, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Food safety level 2 certification is essential, as well as a passion for coffee and customer service.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is also necessary.
