Service and Maintenance Technician

Overview:
TDRS is a market leader in the industrial door industry, undergoing significant expansion. We are seeking experienced Service and Maintenance Technicians to join our team and contribute to this growth.
Job Summary:
This role involves the service, maintenance, and repair of industrial door systems and loading bay equipment across the UK. The successful candidate will have previous experience in these areas and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on industrial door systems, including sectional doors, speed doors, and roller shutters.
- Service and maintain loading bay equipment, such as dock levellers, dock shelters, wheel locks, and traffic light systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults.
- Conduct basic electrical wiring tasks.
- Identify additional sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to pursue them.
Requirements:
- Previous experience servicing and maintaining industrial door systems and loading bay equipment.
- A valid UK driving license with no more than six points.
- An up-to-date CSCS card.
