Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Council's Strategic Asset Management Policy, Strategy, and Plan, ensuring alignment with service department needs.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership in the delivery of the Capital Programme, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of Property Data Management systems, enabling data-driven decision-making and portfolio performance reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in asset management, with a strong understanding of strategic planning and policy development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior leaders across the Council and externally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business outcomes.
