Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nursery Manager to join our team in Whiteley. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our nursery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a stimulating and inclusive environment that supports the unique needs of all children.
  • Maintain robust systems to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of our childcare practices.
  • Promote effective communication with children, staff, parents, and carers through regular updates and feedback.
  • Foster open and positive working relationships with staff to drive collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ensure that our nursery meets the stringent requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Assist in setting and reviewing individual targets with staff to drive professional growth and development.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including managing playrooms and supporting other areas of the nursery.
  • Maintain strict control over costs to ensure alignment with our financial objectives.

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
