As a member of our kitchen team, you'll have the opportunity to master our menu, working closely with our experienced chefs to develop your culinary skills. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same.

Our kitchen is a close-knit team, where everyone works together to deliver outstanding results. You'll be supported every step of the way, with regular reviews and feedback sessions to help you progress in your role.

As part of your apprenticeship, you'll gain a Level 2 Production Chef qualification, as well as Functional Skills in English and Maths. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including a 33% discount on food and drink across all our brands, and the opportunity to work towards a funded degree-level qualification.
