Job Title: Head of Culture and Talent

Caterite Food Wineservice Limited is a respected food and drink wholesaler serving customers across the North of England and Scotland. With over 50 years of experience, we are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Head of Culture and Talent, responsible for creating a positive work environment and driving business performance through people management. This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including life insurance and a flexible working arrangement.

About the Role:

  • To design and deliver a comprehensive culture and talent strategy, aligned with our business goals.
  • To lead and develop the HR team, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
  • To collaborate with senior leaders to drive cultural transformation and improve employee retention.
  • To analyze metrics and data to inform HR decisions and optimize business outcomes.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the food and drink industry.
  • Ability to think strategically, with a focus on cultural transformation and business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
