Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a focus on mechanical and electrical services.
  • Full Valid UK driver's license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Awareness and knowledge of health and safety protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • A recognized apprenticeship or qualification in a relevant field, or significant proven experience in mechanical and electrical services.
