Sustainability Solutions Specialist GRESB Verification Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Sustainability Solutions team as a Sustainability Solutions Specialist GRESB Verification Expert. This role will focus on growing our business and strengthening our delivery power globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement solutions for clients, leading and delivering projects to clients by compiling the full suite of S&P Global's Sustainability offering.
- Collaborate with global product groups and report directly to the Global Head of Sustainability Solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
- Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks in the real estate sector, such as GRESB, EPRA, INREV, and GHG Protocol.
- Experience of Assurance Standard AA1000AS, and/or ISAE3000 (knowledge of ISAE3410 or ISO14064-3 for GHG verification an advantage).
- Strong project management and people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Master's degree or at least 7 years of relevant work experience in a financial industry sector.
