At Signature Senior Lifestyle Operations Ltd, we offer a competitive salary of £14 per hour for weekday shifts and £15 per hour for weekend shifts, with enhanced pay rates for night shifts.

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional person-centred care to our residents.

Your main objective will be to promote the independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing of our residents at all times. You will work closely with our care planning team to ensure that each resident receives tailored care that meets their individual needs.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as basic IT skills. An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is highly desirable but not essential.

You will also need to possess a full UK driving licence and have daily access to a reliable vehicle.
