About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Credit Controller to join our team at Search. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing a ledger of over 300 accounts, with a total value upwards of £40,000 per week. You will be responsible for clearing the ledger, implementing processes, and managing the debt collection for an expanding business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear a ledger of over 300 accounts, with a total value upwards of £40,000 per week
- Implement processes to manage the debt collection for an expanding business
- Monitor credit limits and accurately post customer payment details into the system
- Handle all outbound calls to manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve payment disputes
- Resolve disputes over the phone and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient use of Excel and previous experience of finance systems
- Ability to demonstrate how you will manage a growing ledger of aged debt alongside the growth of the business
What We Offer:
This is a full-time permanent role, working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 till 17.00. The role is on-site, with free car parking and a company pension. Salary up to £30k dependant on experience.
