Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Roller Operator to join our team at Joseph Gallagher Limited. As a key member of our civil engineering team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to ensure smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate roller equipment to compact and smooth out surfaces
- Ensure site safety and adhere to company health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with site teams to achieve project goals
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- CSCS/CPCS certification
- Medical clearance for SCM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
