We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional person-centred care to our clients, ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Observe and monitor clients for any clinical intervention required.
- Regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional care is provided.
- Engage with clients around their interests and hobbies, promoting a fun and friendly environment.
- Advocate for clients, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
- Confident supporting clients with complex care needs.
- Previous care experience of 3 months full-time or 6 months part-time in a professional UK environment.
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
- Flexibility to offer availability at short notice, including weekend shifts.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Choice of day, night, and weekend shifts.
