Workforce Manager Job Description

The Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Workforce Manager to join our team. As a key member of our workforce solutions team, you will be responsible for managing a workforce of up to 200 workers per day, overseeing both day and night shifts, and liaising with the Planning department on additional needs and/or extra workers on site.

Your primary duties will include meeting and greeting staff upon arrival, signing workers in on timesheets, issuing site access cards, allocating workers to the correct department, supporting workers through site turnstiles, managing fulfilment, and conducting bag searches. You will also be responsible for managing locker areas, workers through changing rooms, and submitting accurate and completed timesheets to departmental managers.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a workforce of up to 200 workers per day
* Oversee both day and night shifts
* Liaise with the Planning department on additional needs and/or extra workers on site
* Meet and greet staff upon arrival
* Sign workers in on timesheets
* Issue site access cards
* Allocate workers to the correct department
* Support workers through site turnstiles
* Manage fulfilment
* Conduct bag searches

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability. A strong attention to detail is essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
