Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Newstaff Employment as a Senior Account Management Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of UK resident and charitable trusts, ensuring key deadlines for annual accounts and tax compliance are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and input into the training and mentoring of team members to ensure they are equipped to handle complex trust and estate matters.
  • Assist with advisory work and ad-hoc matters, including high-level taxation and general advice regarding Inheritance Tax.
  • Liaise with tax, accounts, and financial planning teams to ensure a joined-up approach.
  • Monitor budgets and own chargeability, raising fee notes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience of charitable trusts, probate work, and estate accounts is advantageous but not essential.
  • A working knowledge of CCH Trust Accounts and CCH Personal Tax would be beneficial.
  • The ability to take the initiative and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
