Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technology resilience strategies, policies, plans, and standards.
  • Provide expertise on technology recovery methodologies and resiliency best practices.
  • Lead the delivery of technology resilience and continuity plans.
  • Oversee disaster recovery procedures for critical IT systems and applications.
  • Maintain the IT Disaster Recovery Testing Schedule and conduct regular crisis testing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology resilience management, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network architecture, database management, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
