As an IT Resilience Manager at Bibby Financial Services, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technology resilience strategies, policies, plans, and standards. This is a key role that requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain technology resilience strategies, policies, plans, and standards.
- Provide expertise on technology recovery methodologies and resiliency best practices.
- Lead the delivery of technology resilience and continuity plans.
- Oversee disaster recovery procedures for critical IT systems and applications.
- Maintain the IT Disaster Recovery Testing Schedule and conduct regular crisis testing.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technology resilience management, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network architecture, database management, and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
