As a Nurse Specialist for our Inpatient Unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that service users receive the best possible care and treatment during their stay with us.

Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans, working closely with other healthcare professionals to promote positive outcomes for service users. You will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting junior staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

A salary of up to £38,000 per annum, plus a welcome bonus of £5,000, is offered for this role, along with a range of benefits including annual leave, pension contributions, and life assurance. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • Experience working with children and young people with eating disorders
