We are looking for a Surface Finisher to join our team at Cooper Lomaz Recruitment Ltd. As a skilled painter with experience in wet painting or a willingness to learn powder coating techniques, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes that meet customer expectations.

About the Role:

You will play a vital role in ensuring products meet the highest standards, working primarily during the late shift. Initial training will be conducted on the day shift, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Carefully painting, silk screening, masking, and unmasking parts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Loading and unloading parts efficiently to maintain production flow.
  • Tapping holes, wrapping, and packing finished products with care.
  • Providing support for tasks in the Fabrication and Assembly area as required.
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
